Are you a Direct Hire Candidate?
If you are looking to join a company as an employee (not a contractor), then you are a direct hire candidate. As a direct hire candidate, there is no cost to you to work with MotivAction. The client pays a fee for your placement and the majority of our clients pay for interview fly-ins, if you are an out of state candidate. Your salary, benefits and any relocation expenses are negotiated and handled by your MotivAction Recruiter. We work hard to ensure you receive the very best opportunity for the best salary!
Don’t waste your time sending countless resumes to job postings or ads in the hope of being selected for an interview. Work with MotivAction’s team to target your employer of choice! We have direct connection and relationships with many of the hiring managers which means you won’t be sitting by the phone or email to hear back from a company’s HR department.
Are you a Consultant? 
If you prefer to work hourly and on several different projects for a number of different employers, then you are a Consultant. Many of these positions can either be for clients in your hometown or could be across the country. Either way, you choose what projects you are interested in and how much travel you may want to do for the client. You are an hourly employee (W2) of MotivAction’s team and are paid bi-weekly through us for the hours you work. In turn, we bill the client for your hours. You are only paid for the hours you work. A large portion of our current business is contract to hire, therefore, if you are a Consultant and are tired of consulting, you can also have the option to convert as a direct hire candidate for the client whose project you are consulting on, should there be an opening.
Are you a Freelance Consultant?
This option would require you to work with MotivAction on a “Corp to Corp” basis meaning that you would be set up as a corporation (with specific insurance/corporation requirements) and would bill us monthly for your hours worked for our clients. You are paid just like a corporation/vendor and are responsible for your own tax reporting/withholding and benefits. This is a lucrative option, as you are typically paid more hourly as a Freelance Consultant, since you are handling the tax and burden on your own. Our partnership is to help you find the work and exciting projects.
