We offer 3 simple solutions to your hiring needs:
1. Direct Hire:
75% of our clients use MotivAction for the placementof their full-time, direct hire positions. A fee is paid to us which is inclusive of; locating, screening, interviewing, reference checking and placing a qualified candidate that directly matches the position and culture of your organization. All of our placements come with a guarantee or replacement option.
2. Contract to Hire: 
You have the opportunity to work with a candidate for one to six months on a contract basis and convert that candidate to a direct hire employee. This is a successful option if you do not have the full-time headcount to hire someone initially, if you would like to have the option to see the candidate work in the role before fully committing to hiring or if you decide during the contract that this is a candidate you need to hire for a new position.
3. Project Consulting:
Hiring a consultant on an hourly basis to complete a project that is either a result of limited internal resources, a fast approaching deadline, or fulfills a missing skill set on your existing team. You are only billed for the hours the consultant works within the scope of the project you outline.
